One year --- well, actually it's technically been a year and one month --- but all we can say is WOW! We want to thank each and every person who has been a part of this journey.
These little simple sticks are very versatile and easy to transport. They don't take up a ton of room and what some of our customers have said is that they love that the grid can be seen underneath, which is great for people who use a dry erase mat.
PuzzleLock is an exciting new locking system for 3D-printed tabletop gaming. Designed by Will Sutton at Zandoria Studios™ this new locking fits together much more quickly than clip based locking systems. By leaving out the bulk of the base that houses the clips, these tiles take a lot less time to print.
Not all designers are talented enough to be able to pull off the FDM/PLA Miniature designs. A lot of times they are rough and not very detailed. However; Tom Tullis of Fat Dragon Games has yet again pulled out all the stops and blown the 3D Printing world away by his latest Kickstarter. Tom has done great with not only getting these amazing models to print on an FDM printer, but he also will help anyone wanting to join the 3D Printing world.
GriffonCo would like to send out a big congratulations to Evan Carothers (EC3D) and the team of designers behind the Skyless Realms Kickstarter! They raised $53,620 to bring a whole host of Dark Elf and subterranean scatter terrain, miniatures, monsters, and buildings to the tabletop community. With all of the stretch goals unlocked, over 100 models will be released!
Let's face it --- there are so many different options, even in our store we have several types of tiles and so many versions of terrain. That's the best part though, this evolution of 3D Printing Dungeon tiles and terrain has created an amazing pool of models and files for us to provide to players who do not have their own 3D Printer - or the time to deal with it.
DungeonSticks is a brand new system designed by Hero's Hoard / EC3D. GriffonCo is super stoked to provide these prints for our customers. These little simple sticks are very versatile and easy to transport. They don't take up a ton of room and what some of our customers have said is that they love that the grid can be seen underneath, which is great for people who use a dry erase mat.
We started our Etsy shop right after Halloween, and quiet honestly we had no expectations of it doing a whole lot. We wanted it to be something fun and fulfilling but in no way did we expect that in a months time it would blow up to be this nearly full time adventure that we both love! We sold so many Eyebeast Ornaments that I had to admit to Andy he had a great idea with that. We came up with so many new ideas for next Christmas that we can't wait until the fall!
