It is well-known that clods are, by nature, small creatures but it seems no one told this Clod Elemental that! Twice as tall as a normal man - and four times as large as any of his Clod brethren - this Elemental certainly never missed a meal growing up and now he's more than ready to guard any army - Clod or otherwise - from all enemies!

Expectations
Expectations should be those shown in product images. Please get in touch with us immediately if you receive something different than what is displayed. We use both actual products and digital representations of designs in our listings. Some items may be shown in pictures that are not included, contact us if you need clarification on what you are purchasing.

All prints vary in size based on designer files. Miniatures are scaled for 28mm tabletop miniature games and are approximately 28mm - 32mm unless otherwise specified. Images show the product on a 1-inch grid with a standard 20-sided die. Some items may be shown in pictures that are not included, contact us if you are unsure of what you are purchasing.

All of our 3D-printed items are plastic and not real. While our specific purpose is for tabletop miniature role-playing games, our models have a wide range of uses. Customers have played Miniature Wargames, Pathfinder, Fallout, Necromunda, Gaslands, Kings of War, Blood Bowl, Heroscape, Dungeons & Dragons and many other 28mm scale wargames with our miniatures and terrain. We have also had many customers purchase terrain with S Scale and 1/32 and 1/35 scale scenes.

Our models are 3D printed and may show minor imperfections or print lines. Some of our miniatures may require assembly, sanding, or priming. Priming is not needed, and any miniature or spray primer will do. We recommend Gorilla Gel glue for any assembly of our miniatures.

Our FDM miniatures are 3D printed with PLA plastic and have less detail than our resin miniatures. They are printed using a higher quality polylactic acid plastic made from corn grain and are tougher than most PLA prints. PLA is intended for indoor use and has a melting point of 120°F.

Our photopolymer UV plastic resin miniatures are 3D printed with resin made by 3D Resin Solutions in the United States. This resin is fairly resistant to shock and impact. Putting UV miniatures that haven't been painted out in the sun will speed up the curing process. The miniatures may get harder, more brittle, or change color. Learn more about our resin here: https://www.3dresinsolutions.com

Cleaning & Materials
All laser-engraved items may be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Our leatherette is a synthetic material that looks and feels like leather. It is water-resistant, easy to clean, and strong enough to handle the wear and tear of daily use. Alcohol works well on pen marks. In addition, leatherette does not absorb finger oil.

Just like store-bought commercial miniatures, 3D Printed items may require some cleanup. Strings and fuzzies are standard because we ship prints directly from the printer to your home to keep our prices low.
• You can snip off thicker strings with clippers or snippers (or they can often be flicked off with your finger!).
• For thin fuzzies, you can use a lighter, being sure not to hold it over the plastic for more than a second!
• Like mass-market TTRPG miniatures, you can use Green Stuff, Liquid Green Stuff, or Vallejo's Plastic Putty to fill in the gaps or seams.

GriffonCo Shoppe has a large selection of accessories for tabletop games, miniatures, and terrain for tabletop wargaming. We give customers of tabletop role-playing games products that are good, unique, and affordable. Our gifts are excellent for birthdays, weddings, housewarmings, and holidays.

I am absolutely impressed with these minis. Some places you get minis from the items are brittle and the little pieces snap off when painting or just from light handling. I'm not sure what they use in the 3D printer here but the minis and a just ever so slightly flexible. I don't have to worry about my minis losing bits. And the details are fantastic. This is my new favorite shop. I can't wait for them to get even more dnd style stuff! And I got a hand written thank you note, a little candy and a rocking sticker that is going on my dnd binder. 10/10.

Sooo Cute ! Had to get the Full Army !

These Definitely Won't be the villains ! Perhaps a neutral peoples out on their own, or Ancient Guardians ! Some small perhaps printer issues? plastic lines coming apart here and there under arms and on the bottoms, between legs, nothing too serious, I hope, can trim it off with a hobby knife, if I weren't too worried about cutting too deep or slicing off extra layers. Still need to test the arm sockets and the arm options, trim off the trailing hairs, not entirely sure how to or if I even want to try smoothing down the print lines/layers for detail and painting, will most likely keep them the same nice brown color, though I did get two copies of most so I may still try it on half, and see how they turn out?

Please contact us directly with photos so we can make sure you received what you should have as shown in the pictures. Please reach out to info@griffonco.com if you have any questions, concerns or problems with any of our products and we will do our best to assist you. If for some reason you did receive a bad print we will replace it. Are the print lines, is it different than what you see in the product photo? We want to make sure you received what we posted but let's be real, sometimes we miss things.

Please don't be worried about breaking these as you clean up the strings! As it says the description, these are normal things to see and remedy of the strings is very simple. We don't want to increase the cost for us to clean up the hundreds of models we ship each month. Rest assured, it's pretty simple to clean it up before you paint it. You can use anything to snip, file or pick off the strings. Even finger nail clippers work great! In some cases you can even use a lighter to melt off imperfections but clods have bigger strings so just picking them off or using your utility knife should work. You'll find it's pretty easy to clean it up.

This is something you'll find more on minis that are printed in plastic (fdm) where as terrain doesn't have the same overhangs and areas where the plastic bunches up. We really try to pick the models that have the least amount of cleanup. Resin minis don't have strings, and are higher in detail (very, very faint print lines) but also higher in cost. We can print our clods on resin as a custom order for people who really want that sharp, smooth look. Honestly, most customers do not even worry about the print lines. Usually after painted, printed models look great... especially for the low cost and unique style you can't find in mass produced miniatures. Hope this helps!
